Just a nice choice for a weekend escape in Katoomba with outstanding value for money. The managers went out of their way to help us when we needed directions to local attractions. Remember to ask for extra towels if you need them.

Cozy family space.

The motel has a charming retro vibe and is conveniently located within walking distance of the iconic Three Sisters rock formation and plenty of dining options in Katoomba.

The bathroom privacy could be improved as the door did not close properly, which made it less comfortable when using the facilities.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly.

During my stay, the lack of adequate electric outlets was frustrating. There was just one working outlet for multiple devices, which was quite inconvenient. the absence of a toaster made it hard to prepare simple meals, forcing us to eat out for every meal, which was unnecessary.

Positive, Had a great stay for 2 nights. The location was perfect for hiking to the Three Sisters and checking out local cafes. Room was clean and comfy, and the staff were friendly when around. Enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor area after a long day of exploring. 😊

clean but lacked warm water

The motel was exceptionally clean , stocked with towels and tea for a pleasant stay. It was easy to find , and the process of retrieving my key was straightforward. The room had everything needed for a comfortable night.

The shower water never got warm, making for an uncomfortable experience.

i was appalled by the noisy, flickering lights and the lack of plates in my room, so unprofessional. i almost left a glowing review, but then realized i never even met a staff member. i definitely woudl ve expected at least a small gesture for all the inconveniences, but i guess that’s just too much to ask here.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay

I spent two nights here and truly enjoyed the comfort of the room, especially the super comfy bed and the warm electric blankets that kept me cozy during the chilly nights. It was great to have onsite parking right in front of my room, making it super convenient. The bathroom was clean, but I felt it could use a bit more space for essentials. it was a lovely spot for a relaxing getaway.

We had an amazing family getaway! The location was perfect, being just a short walk to the stunning Blue Mountains lookout. The room was spacious, with stable warm water in the shower, and the kids loved the electric blankets.

For dads, it would be great to have more charging points.
